El Trucho on the roadtrip to Portugal

My name is Trucho and I am a car. I am also known as Zucho. Oh, many names during my lifetime and I forgot many of them. I am 36 years old and I come originally from Germany. At that time the Germans did a great job and still today I can drive a long way like theres no tomorrow. Actually I just went on a trip which took me almost two months and 9000 km. I really wanted to learn surf and see the beautiful breaks, beaches, bitches and boobs from Portugal. :) Here is my story.

I took with me these two complete idiots. I actually wanted to take some chics with me but you can't have it all.

They thought they are cool, but it was always me who got the attention of the crowds.

We stopped in many little french alp cities and villages.

I had to drive hours into mountains cause somebody put the fuckin' french Alps and the Pyrenees on the way to Portugal. But there, everyday something amazing happened and I had to stop a bit and just breathe and feel.

I think I stopped counting castles after the number 100.

My lights went out so I needed help from the two douchebags driving me and thats what they did. I thought these two are complete idiots but this actually works fine.

I have to mention the drive up to Andorra. Around 200 km of uphill driving. I really don't know how the fuck I made it. But we stocked ourselves with cheap diesel and cheap alcohol. Andorra has little or no taxes on the good stuff. :) Hehe.

The last mountain again, the Pyrenees. What a site. I actually wanted to look in the same direction like the two idiots but they parked me wrong. Fuck.

Amazing, but everywhere we stopped there was a festival of "food and wine", "local tastes and local cuisine" and so on. In the french Alps they have a lot of craft beer. I don't know why the fuck they drink this shit. One litre of diesel is 1 euro in Spain and Portugal and it is always good.

Castles again, but in a different setting. :) We slept in the little city Foix in France and had this amazing setting right beside us.

St. Girons, a hippie town in France, with their Saturday market.

They have their own currency, 1 Pyrene.

I am getting cleaned. But also I broke my clutch set. So never take two idiots on a trip which will take 2 hitchhiker and their 4 dogs where I have to pull all of this including their 9 bags uphill.

So the clutch set burned and we started drinking.

But, it could have been worse than that. Look at this poor bastard. We stayed in this little village for 3 days cause no mechanic was working. Never ever travel long routes on a weekend.

And finally the ocean and friends.

The west coast of France, with old WW2 bunkers.

Their is a whole community of vans and caravans, you will never be alone and you will be surprised everyday by what you see.

People have even pigs in their vans.

The french surf breaks close to Hossegor.

The douchbags traveling with me again making cool.

Donostia San Sebastian, everyday there is a festival here. The city never sleeps.

Spain, aaaah, close to Mundaka and Bermeo.

Just chillin'. You can literally sleep everywhere here.

The Basque country.

Crazy times in Bermeo, Spain. These people wanted to buy me. So I said, well Marko is an idiot and maybe a change will be good. But, wait, what am I, you can't buy me, fuck. So we just had an awesome night and drank some wine. But they parked me again looking at the wall so I didn't see anything.

I forgot the name of this city, but looking at this I really don't understand how they made it.

Nazare, Portugal. Here the biggest wave was surfed. It's a beautiful place.

Let's play a game, can you see me on the picture? :)

Marko Liked this place the most. It s Ribeira d'Illhas close to Ericeira in Portugal. A perfect right reef break so consistent and so perfect.

So if I would park on the cliffs Marko and Daniel would have to pay a fine between 249,40 and 29.927,87 EUR? What? :)

In the end Mireia and Ferdi joined us. What a pack. What a climate. What a perfect place to prolong your summer. I don't know why my ass has to be on all the pictures we made.

But what ever happened and however it was, everyday the sunset brings out the stars, and the stars open like curtains for a new sunrise. And so it goes.

Whatever happened and however I had to travel I don't care. There nothing that can bring me down. All is new and nothing blue. I am ready for my next trip.

Ouh, and did I say this, I fell in love! :) Hehe.
